Wayne is a graduate of State of New York Law School and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. He has extensive litigation experience in Deportation Defense, Criminal Defense, Consultation and Expert Reports in all practice areas involving non-citizens; representation of non-citizen students in University disciplinary proceedings, representation before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration Court (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Federal Litigation in District and Circuit Courts.

In addition, Wayne is a renowned expert in the field of Crimmigration. His creativity and deep knowledge of the law make him an invaluable resource for his colleagues who represent immigrants involved in criminal matters.
